Flexible working hours and home office options
You are unique! Your life is too! We acknowledge that and do not force you into any rigid working time constructs. Part time, parental leave, home office – you decide!
Any overtime will be tracked from the first minute – you can "celebrate" them by having them paid out by the end of the year. There are still 30 days of paid holiday (for full-time employment).
Individual further education

Be the best in your field! We support you with suitable measures for your development.
Talk to other experts at conferences and fairs, get certified, learn online or with a trainer "for a hands-on experience". For this you have five percent of your working time available.
