Frederic Furtmeier
Chief Executive Officer
Frederic graduated from Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany with a Master of Science degree in Information Systems. During this time he spent one semester abroad in Paris at the TELECOM SudParis. He worked for Apple as a Sales Expert and he worked for the BMW Group in the Department of Sales and Management Training. In 2016 he joined Steadforce and since 2019 he is the CEO and a shareholder. In his free time he likes to travel the world.
Claudia Kerstein
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, her task is to ensure a sustainably successful economic basis for the realization of Steadforce's visions and core values.
Stephan Schiffner
Chief Technology Officer
Stephan helps clients to develop innovative solutions with Analytics and AI, create data strategies and automate processes and applications in industry and healthcare and also drives these technologies in science and teaching.
We support the IHK initiative Pack ma's digital to further help the economy in Bavaria with digitalisation and to secure the future of the location.
